If you're aged 16 to 30 and looking to grow your confidence, learn new skills, and get hands-on experience in the world of Green Careers, this programme is for you.

Whether you're just starting out or figuring out your next move, SustainAbility is all about supporting you.
We’ll help you:
Discover new strengths
Build on skills that employers are looking for
Get real work experience, placements, or volunteering opportunties
Take steps toward long-term, meaningful employment

Who is it for?

To be eligible, you must be:

Aged 16 to 30

Disabled

Living in one of the following areas:
Blaenau Gwent
Caerphilly
Merthyr Tydfil
Rhondda Cynon Taff
